Sunday Supper!!!

Hi Everyone!

I recently went to a graduation party of an amazing friend that finished her MASTERS!!! Her mom makes a delish baked brie.  This one reminded me of her's and how I could literally eat the ENTIRE thing in one sitting if I wanted.  Yummy! Enjoy this warm cheese on a cold day.  And it is my favorite kind of recipe, simple and delish!

  • Puff Pastry
  • Rasberry Jam
  • Chopped Pecans
  • Round Brie (with hard rind edge cut off)
Spread out the dough on wax paper, spoon on the jam, sprinkle some nuts over the jam, then add the brie on top of that. Wrap the dough around the brie. Turn over and put on a baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes until golden
