Country Chic

Hello Everyone!!!
I was thrilled when I got a call from the most wonderful soon to be MIL and was allowed to help with her soon to be DIL's bridal shower.  Since I am a good friend of both the bride and groom, I was so excited.  The groom is a little but country and I thought that this would be a great time to pull that style in.  I decided to do a "rustic country" themed shower and I am in LOVE with the way that it turned out.  I was able to make a lot of the desserts and therefore got to get really creative!
I have just gotten a new sewing machine that embroiders and I got to use it here for the banner on the front of the table.  I loved the way it turned out and so did the bride.   She took it and the large "C" home to keep!

The cake was an EXACT copy of the invitation I made, so cute right!  I got a ton of the decorations at Hobby Lobby, the tractor - and other farm containers!

Thank you Dough-a-deer for the donuts https://www.facebook.com/#!/doughadeer

Thank you Floories for the AMAZING hair flowers that I used as decoration on all the baskets. https://www.facebook.com/#!/Floofies
Thank you  Jaime Mancilla for the awesome bunting!  http://www.etsy.com/shop/jaimemancilla?ref=seller_info
Hope you love it all as much as I do.

Baby Brooklyn!

I was given the chance to help a good friend with a baby baptism.  I loved the idea of pink and green as a springtime party!  Unfortunatly, the god of weather was against us that day and it was pouring rain.  We had to change the entire venue/plan for the baptism, but as you can see, it turned out GREAT.  Thanks Kelly for allowing me to help with this special day!

I found the little chair on clearance at Homegoods!  4 bucks, what a steal huh?  I loved the way that the banner turned out, simple but such a statement!  Thank you Cookie Jar for again making AMAZING cookies!  Loved the way they turned out, as always!

Enjoy!

Wow, time flies!

Hi Everyone,
Days turn into weeks, into months, sorry it has been so long since I have blogged last.  It's amazing how quick time can go.  Thought I should share some of what I have been doing!
Here is a partyscape that I did this spring...I was so inspired by Grand Paris!  I thought that the traditional pink, black and white would make a fun color scheme.  I found the most amazing fabric at Hobby Lobby ( of course) and just love all the little details that make this table fun!

Thank you to all the vendors that made this table AMAZING!!!!
