This weekend, I was lucky enough to have all of my husband's cousins and their wives over for a night of food, games and fun! I decided to throw a "real" party and set up a spread! It was sure fun. We did a Wine and Cheese Party and have pasta bar as the dinner. This is my favorite, because I love my warming trays. I wish I could explain love like this...I mean LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I have two that look kind of like this
I use them all the time and they are perfect for pasta bar. I make two sauces, white and red ( spicy red bell pepper) that way people can make pink if they wish. I make two noodles, penne and spaghetti and then ravioli. Then people can mix and match what they want for food.
It is so much easier than a sit down and people can really eat!!!!
Ok...so here is my recipe for alfredo sauce...it was marketed as"better than Olive Garden" that is a big promise. It is delish!
